Won’t give a 1 star review because my car was definitely taken care of. Pretty disappointed though in how long it took. The appointment was not a walk-in, it was scheduled. I scheduled it for 7am on my day taken care of. Pretty disappointed though in how long it took. The appointment was not a walk-in, it was scheduled. I scheduled it for 7am on my day off so I could get it done quickly and have the rest of the day to relax. Instead, I was there for 4 hours and 45 minutes waiting for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Absolutely absurd. My mom had an oil change/tire rotation scheduled for today at 8 (this review is only based on my experience, not hers). She talked to the service rep and asked if it was going to take as long as mine did, and he said no, it should not have taken that long yesterday, they weren’t busy. (It was also told to her this morning that it would only take 2 hours. Yet she sat there for 4, also for a simple oil change). But nevertheless, I sure enough sat there for near 5 hours. I can pretty confidently say, unless I have something to be covered under warranty, I will NOT be returning for any services. More

Andrew in the Service Dept was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in this process. Andrew in the finance dept was excellent , they both took their time in helping me to make the right decis knowledgeable and helpful in this process. I came because my car was damaged and thought it could be repaired, ended up getting a brand new car. More
