I have 247k miles on my 06 Honda Pilot and been coming here since 50k miles!! Craig Lively and my only Technician Tony always do their best for me!! I only use because of Craig Lippley in the service dept. I would use an independent but based on my warranty I use a dealer. Horrendous, Dreadful, Rotten To The Core! Overcharged for a clutch change out. Uh, by a ton. They are NOT looking out for the customer AT ALL. Forgot to put 3 of 4 rivets clips back on the fro Overcharged for a clutch change out. Uh, by a ton. They are NOT looking out for the customer AT ALL. Forgot to put 3 of 4 rivets clips back on the front bumper. I had to pay for that because I wasn't going back to these losers. Horrible people to deal with. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be hosed financially. More

Garrett, who is a phenomenal service technician, always puts my mind at ease with his repair evaluations and suggestions. So many times when you deal with dealerships you have to expect pushy sales and high costs. Any recommendation that Garrett makes I know is genuine and coming from a place of high professionalism. I cannot recommend him or the Honda dealership enough. More

Everyone greets you with a genuine smile, everyone is exceptionally helpful and goes out of their way to answer any questions and/or concerns you may have. Ray Lively has to be the absolute best salesman ever! There wasn't a question he couldn't answer and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about my new vehicle. GM David Lyons stands far above any GM in other dealerships. His primary goal is to make it a win-win for the customer and for Autoway. If I could remember every persons name that I dealt with in the last two years, I would post it here. The service department is equally talented, gracious and accommodating to the customer. Autoway Honda has made me a permanent and very loyal customer for years to come! More
This dealership is very honest. I still have my original rear brake shoes (74,000 miles) & when I ask them to check my rear brakes, they do and say you still have many miles left. Other dealers would say it rear brake shoes (74,000 miles) & when I ask them to check my rear brakes, they do and say you still have many miles left. Other dealers would say it's time to replace rear brake shoes. Also, they have great customer van service both ways while car is being serviced. Last time Craig even had my car washed & my tires high gloss treated as a courtesy for my loyalty. More
