I have been coming to AutoNation Honda for year for service. However, this last visit was disappointing. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped it off early, since I was leaving it, but service. However, this last visit was disappointing. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped it off early, since I was leaving it, but got a call that it was ready really fast. I found out afterwards that they didn't rotate the tires (one tire has a longer value stem and was still in the same place) - but they still charged me as if they did the work. More
Purchased my vehicle here in 2019. Everyone I've had contact with has been friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Also, needed some minor body work after being backed into, used their body shop and am extremely happy with the service and workmanship. More
Everything was pleasant. They were understaffed and the manager took personal care of me. He really knows what he is doing. You can definitely tell the difference and why he is the manager. I needed new shoes and alignment. I had my appointment and after a few hiccups, they were missing advisors, the Service Director came and helped me. He helped me the whole time I was there, 7 hours for ti and after a few hiccups, they were missing advisors, the Service Director came and helped me. He helped me the whole time I was there, 7 hours for tires alignments and some fluids. They have a new system that you send them a text and he came to me when I needed him. He sent me texts every hour I was there. I think this elevates the service experience to new level. I definitely felt like a VIP. I wish the Director could help me every time I come in. Don’t tell Ken because he is my usual and is also great but Alan definitely is the best “advisor” I’ve ever had. More
