I typically hate going to the dealership, even if it is only for regular maintenance. However, AutoNation is an exception to the rule. I received a great price on my car originally, but the service departm only for regular maintenance. However, AutoNation is an exception to the rule. I received a great price on my car originally, but the service department is the real star of the place. they are prompt and friendly and efficient in what they do. It's nice having someone come by and tell you what is happening with your vehicle. Coffee was fresh and the seats were comfortable and the place was spotless. Well done! More

Only problem was that the person who scheduled my appointment, set it up for March 1 instead of February 1. Had my CR-V in for its regular service. As usual the mechanic went over all the inspections that should have been checked. Have been going to this service center for years and the last few times I have been have not been great experiences. Service center seems to be under staffed, waited about 3 1/2 hours for my car to be servi last few times I have been have not been great experiences. Service center seems to be under staffed, waited about 3 1/2 hours for my car to be serviced. Oil change, transmission fluid, and break fluid replaced. Having said that, they have had my car running great for years. More
