I have been with Craig since I bought my 2006 Pilot and we took our 2010 Accord there until we bought the 2017 CRV, which we take there now. We would not go anywhere else. Prices are OK and there's usually a 10% coupon on the web site. The service quality is worth a slightly higher price you might pay compared to a generic garage or oil change place. These folks know Hondas and use genuine Honda parts. They always perform inspections of major areas at no charge. They also have information on software updates and recalls, which are few. I have never had any trouble with repairs, which have been few. More
I got a call for my 6 month service on my new truck. I told the person on the phone I only have 1000 miles on it. Well they said I should come in anyway and they would do a check up on it to make sur I told the person on the phone I only have 1000 miles on it. Well they said I should come in anyway and they would do a check up on it to make sure everything was okay on the truck and so I agreed. Well I get to the service center and they guy is baffled that I am even there with only 1000 miles on the truck and proceeds to show me my oil life is at 90% to which I am thinking "no kidding". So they said they would do a pit stop which took 90 minutes to check my tire pressure and top my washer fluid. So basically I took 2 and a half hours off work to have nothing done to my truck and to check out their service center. What a waste of time. More

Craig Lipply has been my service adviser for years. I was having problems with my check engine light coming on and going off periodically and no one seemed to know what was causing it. I explained my delimma to Craig and because of his vast experience, he immediately said it was my o2 sensors. After replacing them, the engine light has not come on since. Sometimes trusting your local Honda expert is the better way to go. Thanks Craig. More
