I normally hesitate to bring my vehicle to the dealership since I know that it's always a hassle... either too much money or too much time. However, John Ramirez went the extra mile to get things right. I had a bunch of lights that came up and had no choice but to take it to the dealership. Mr. Ramirez recognized that the last time I paid for a diagnostic that did not yield any results. He recognized this and decided not to charge me for the diagnosis since I was treated unfairly last time. Furthermore, after it was discovered that the problem was faulty fuel injectors, he found that these injectors were under recall and was able to change them free of charge.... :). I truly believe that they have the right people to treat people fairly, with the best competitive prices. I will bring my vehicle back, but hopefully not anytime soon... :P More
