Right... Ask Eric about the oil sample I gave him. The oil was two quarts over filled when we got the car back. So figure how many oil changes with BG add, that I did not want added ever as I change the oil every 3000 miles. Two quarts (64oz) divided by the 11.5 quarts of BG MOA comes out to 5.56 times it was added by your tech in your shop. There are oil change shops that I would expect this from, but not Honda. So the possibility of 5-6 times we came for service, it appears that MOA was dumped in, but no oil change occurred. That oil sample I gave Eric should tell the tale. This also puts into question all of the other service that we had over the years...was it done correctly? I waited two years for a response from your company nothing but deflect shame blame and regret, but no real answer. Then came the question of a $1200.00 brake job on my Son's Accord. I insisted on new rotors and calipers. The front calipers were seized, shortly there after he needed brakes again. This time I lifted the Accord, and was horrified that it still had the original rotors and calipers. All your tech did was put new pads on all four wheels for $1200.00? The two rear calipers had seized for lack of lube on the pins, and the front Calipers were frozen. It comes down to the fact that AutoNation Honda Clearwater has no respect for loyal customers, and as it seems, no respect for elders, or women. My wife was treated as a second class citizen. At my age I have a difficult time getting down under to work on my vehicles, I built cars for many years, and I am not a rookie mechanic, just that old age is catching up. I came to trust Craig, but I can say this with no reservation..."You have a problem at AutoNation Honda Clearwater". Your shop is out of control unsupervised. So no I will not be calling, you, I am not ever going to be interested in using your Service again. Ya need to clean house. That would be a great location to open a Honda Dealer.
