Top notch service from the time I arrived, to the time I had to pick up my car. A previous mechanic from another shop couldn’t troubleshoot the issue with my Honda and kept misdiagnosing the problem. The minute I arrived the customer service reps Jes & Virginia begin to listen to my situation and analyze the problem while working in tandem with Carmax; whom I purchased the car from. They were able to help me with the warranty as well as having the car diagnose by the technician Zach quickly and efficiently. They order the part and made repairs in a timely fashion. My car has been running great ever since. During this whole process Virginia helped me setup car rental services & provided me with information every step of the way.
