My Service Advisor, Art, kept me in the loop and clearly explained things concerning the service of our Odyssey. Having to wait almost 90 days for a part was ridiculous. Then the dealership not even tried to provide you a loaner but you could not get call backs from your service provider. Knowing dealerships outsource there products overseas should not be there clients problem and dealerships should go above and beyond to assist there clients More
