This is my 3rd honda that I have purchased from Autoway, the team is the most helpful and always get me the best deal :) Today was Moe's first day at Autoway and you would have thought he was selling hondas the team is the most helpful and always get me the best deal :) Today was Moe's first day at Autoway and you would have thought he was selling hondas for the past ten years, Moe explained everything and showed me multiple options of what I may like. Clint was my previous salesman and he also helped with the new car that I purchased. Ryan took care of the finance part of the deal and he was such a pleasure to work with. Johnny Ginn was great he was real down to earth and didn't push us into anything. Buying my new car was a good experience the other times I have bought cars not as good. Mr. O'Connor went above and beyond customer service, something very rare in this day and age from most businesses. My son's truck had engine failure and we were stranded in our home as my husband was i something very rare in this day and age from most businesses. My son's truck had engine failure and we were stranded in our home as my husband was in jury duty. We were interested in leasing an Element as we had previously test drove one at another dealership. Mr. O'Connor arranged for us to be picked up (we were almost an hour away)and then we were able to sign papers and take the vehicle that same day. This was extremely helpful to us as it turned out my husband ended up in jury duty for 3 days. More

I recently went to a couple different Honda dealerships looking to potentially trade in a lease for a new purchase. I have had previous experience in the New Home Car business as I sold for a number of ye looking to potentially trade in a lease for a new purchase. I have had previous experience in the New Home Car business as I sold for a number of years and was a finance manager too. I am currently a sales manager by profession. So, I understand the process, customer sat, margin, and the numbers game. I was very dissappointed with the few dealerships that I worked with early in the process. Until I called Autoway Honda. I spoke to Eric Milon on the phone to change the time of our appt, and he was very appreciative that I had called, thanking me. I felt comfortable over the phone. When I arrived for me new appt, Eric Haberner greeted me very professionally and with a smile. He was very easy to speak to and quickly, with the help of the management team, was able to structure a very good deal concerning my trade in and a potential new vehicle. Even so far going to another dealership to get the color that I wanted. The finance process was very easy and wasn't super high pressure. In every interaction, they made me feel comfortable with them and the process. Somewhat uncommon in the industry. I have recommended them to family and friends already and will continue to do so.
