The trade-in appraisal was quick and the financing process also was quick with no hidden charges or surprises. This is my second car I have purchased from AutoWay Honda and would recommend them highly. Clint even set up my hands free connection for me so I wouldn't have to. Steven Yeager did some extra research and found me some used car options that would have been more affordable. However, we found a new CR-V that I really liked so he had it shipped to the dealership. Every single thing about buying my new SUV was easy from sales to finance to the condition of the car when I got it. He also took a lot of time to explain the many different features of the car and the navigation system. I've had the opportunity to contact the dealership about a few small things and every person I have talked to has been really nice. I will definitely buy another car there. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Plus, after we bought the car he introduced me to service and occasionally checks up on myself and how my new Accord is running. He treated me like a Walt Disney World guest, which is funny because he told me he used to work their and I was never referred to as a "customer," only a "guest." I have recommended him to everyone I know because this purchase experience was probably the best I have ever had. Since I believe in fair reviews the only thing I could say negative about my experience is that it took a while for my car to finish coming out of clean up, which I guess is not that bad being as when it was done, it was so clean that it looked like it had just come out of a wrapper. All in all, a wonderful experience and Madison helped me find a car as opposed to just trying to sell me one. More

I had taken my truck to Autoway Toyota for a routine service, at which time I looked at a Prious and a Toyota Sienna....I decided the next day to take a look at the Honda Mini-Van to compare features..I service, at which time I looked at a Prious and a Toyota Sienna....I decided the next day to take a look at the Honda Mini-Van to compare features..I was introduced to Andrew Rieve..He is very personable and he made me feel comfortable...He explained each feature of the Honda in detail and let me drive it on a road test..I will have to say that the road test {and Andrew's knowledge of the vehicle} is what convinced me to go with a Honda..I have owned two vans in the past, but was very surprised with the performance of the Honda..It blew the others away.. My daughter bought a new Pilot from Autoway a few months ago and she recommended I talk to Andrew...I can now understand why...his personality turns what can be an unpleasant experience, into a vey enjoyable one, and I cannot commend him highly enough...Rest assured I will pass his name on to all my friends who may be contemplating the purchase of a new vehicle...
