The 3 salespeople were extremely knowledgable and very friendly. Prior to visiting this branch I went to a different dealership where the salesman did not show me half of the features that Johnny did. I w friendly. Prior to visiting this branch I went to a different dealership where the salesman did not show me half of the features that Johnny did. I was very impressed with his product knowledge. Joe and Bob were also very friendly and I felt very comfortable doing business with these gentlemen. I would definitely reccommend Auto Nation Honda to my friends. More
Autoway Honda was the only dealership in the area willing to offer a halfway decent price on a 2011 Honda Odyssey. I conducted the price discussion almost entirely over the internet and just went in to sign to offer a halfway decent price on a 2011 Honda Odyssey. I conducted the price discussion almost entirely over the internet and just went in to sign the documents and take delivery on the car. Overall a good experience considering I hate dealing with car dealerships and haggling over a new car. More
Alan Elliot is the only car dealer in the Tampa Bay area worth your time if you are looking for a quality vehicle. Save time and energy by visiting this particular dealer first. Brian and Alan were extremely helpful! They responded to any emails we sent right away. They went above and beyond to find us the right car that had everything we were looking for. We would highly recommend any emails we sent right away. They went above and beyond to find us the right car that had everything we were looking for. We would highly recommend this dealership. Best experience by far in any dealership we have been to. More
I had a great experience working with Alan, Eric and Craig. They were friendly and knowledge without being condescending to a woman. I felt I was able to negotiate fairly and confidently. I did my homew Craig. They were friendly and knowledge without being condescending to a woman. I felt I was able to negotiate fairly and confidently. I did my homework and felt very comfortable working with them. The selection of used cars was very good. Additionally, Autoway is able to locate inventory from surrounding areas if they don't have the car that fits your needs available on site. Overall, I would recommend Alan and Autoway. More
I want to say that when it comes to the experience of purchasing a car, most people, including myself, find the experience very intimidating. At Autoway Honda, the staff is very friendly and I found mys purchasing a car, most people, including myself, find the experience very intimidating. At Autoway Honda, the staff is very friendly and I found myself feeling very comfortable and relaxed. It took several trips and some negotiating on both the value of my used Honda Accord and the price of the 2010 Honda Pilot that I purchased but after 5 trips to the dealership I drove off in my Honda Certified Used Vehicle, but this is where the problems occurred. My new 2010 Honda Pilot had an alignment problem and pulled significantly to the right. At the same time that I noticed the steering pulling to the right, I noticed a problem with the windshield. When looking through the windshield, objects, particularly, at far distances has a "fuzzy" appearance. When I arrived home, I immediately called the dealership and asked for my salesperson, who referred me to service. I spoke with Ken Figler, the service person, whom I always have a very good relationship with. Ken arranged a service appointment the very next day. Understandably so, I was very frustrated and disappointed that the vehicle that I just purchased, already had to be returned to the dealership for service and repair. How could a Honda Certified Used Car have an alignment problem and a defective windshield. Let me add, that I purchased several window cleaners that had no affect on the "fuzzy" appearance of objects through the windshield. The next day, still frustrated and questioning my decision to purchase the vehicle, I returned the vehicle to Autoway Honda's service department. Ken (of service) looked through the windshield, saw the "fuzzy" distortion of objects, and advised me he would have the pull to the right inspected. I received one of the dealerships Honda Pilots to drive (which I thought was nice) while my complaints were being evaluated. Later that day, I received a call advising me that the alignment was corrected, but that they wanted to keep the vehicle so they could clean the windshield with vinegar, which according to Honda Motors of America was possible fix for the "fuzzy" objects. Well...the vinegar cleaning did not work, the existing one was labeled defective and a new windshield was ordered and replaced my existing one a few days later. Currently, I have a clear windshield and a vehicle that drives where the steering wheel is pointed. Obviously, none of the repairs cost me anything, but my time, frustration, doubt, and inconvenience was not repaid. I still don't understand how a vehicle can be labeled to be a Certified Honda Used Vehicle when it has a faulty windshield and needs to be aligned? One would think it would have been evaluated from top to bottom, inside and out before the vehicle is offered for sale? While this review is more focused on problems and errors made by the dealership, I want to clearly state that the staff of the dealership were cooperative, pleasant, helpful, and polite from purchase through the completion of the repairs, and I would absolutely recommend Autoway Honda for purchasing a new or used vehicle and for all the vehicle's repairs. Just be sure to check every detail of the vehicle yourself before you drive it 150 miles or keep it 3 days. More

Buying my 2009 Honda CR-V was probably the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a car. It was zero pressure, and I felt I gained a friend in my sales person Johnny. He was so great. He was very frie experience I've had purchasing a car. It was zero pressure, and I felt I gained a friend in my sales person Johnny. He was so great. He was very friendly/personable, and extremely informed with all Honda products! Johnny even texted me picture messages of other vehicles that we didn't get to see while on the lot that day, so I was able to come in and view those vehicles the next day. On my test drives I was able to take the cars quite a distance to a highway to get the car up to high speeds to make sure the car sounded good. I was also able to take the CR-V for an afternoon to have my own mechanic look at it. Negotiation of the price at the end was simple and quick, I was not belittled or made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and being a woman, that often happens. Dealing with the Finance person Victor was a great experience too. Simple, easy and very well organized. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and the people I purchased from. I walked away KNOWING I got a great deal with a high quality product. More

When I visited the dealership I explained I did not want to spend the whole day there. I had researched the vehicle I was interested in online and was pretty sure that was the vehicle I wanted. The entire s to spend the whole day there. I had researched the vehicle I was interested in online and was pretty sure that was the vehicle I wanted. The entire staff was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help me get that vehicle. They worked with me on price, offered me other options (other vehicles) just incase and I never once felt pressured. I keep my vehicles for many years and was not looking forward to going to a dealership, trading in my truck and buying a new van, but honestly, the staff was amazing and it was a great experience. I will be referring anyone I can to them! Thanks. More
