My experience at SanTan Honda was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful and my car was repaired in a timely manner and the work they did really fixed my cars issues. My car had to stay in for a service for a few days and since I am a new resident/student I needed a rental car while it was being worked on, Dustin my advisor at the dealship offered me a rental at a very reasonable price, much cheaper than I would have paid going to a rental company. All in all a great place to have work on your car, I HIGHLY reccomend them! More
I recently took my car in to SanTan Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. The service I have received there in the past has been great but this particular instance was even more so. My Service Advisor Mike Culbertson was very patient and thorough when going over my questions and concerns. He made valuable recommendations for future services and provided both timelines they should be performed in and a detailed estimate for exactly what I requested. I learned a few things about my car and now feel much more knowledgable in regards to making service and maintenance choices. Both my oil change and tire rotation were completed quickly and I left the service department in a very timely manner. I will definitely continue to have my regular service and maintenance performed here. More
My car suddenly stopped working, while I was driving it, on the freeway (going 75 mph). After getting to the shoulder and getting the car restarted, I immediately drove to the dealership. He met with me, clearly without an appointment, and was quite reassuring that they would be thorough in their review and assessment of what could have happened. He also was able to provide a "loaner" rental so that my day would not be completely impacted. Mike stayed in touch with me throughout the day to ensure that I knew what was happening. I do not live or work close to the dealership, but it's this type and level of service is why I make the drive to the dealership. More

I just dropped my puppy at the groomer at 9am for a 2 1/2 hr appt. I got to the Honda SanTan @ 10 am for their express service with no appt. I got out there a little after 11am & I was told by Steve that there will be a longer wait. I got my car serviced & wash & do a quick stop @ the farmer's market & get gas & be on time to pick up my pup at the groomer. You guys at SanTan Honda are awesome. Another job well done.I will surely recommend you to family & friends. More
The employee really let us know what they were doing to the car. He also assured us that the service will be affordable which is always good in an economy like this. The waiting area was very nice. I have been very happy with San Tan Honda. Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful and polite. I took my 04 Honda Acccord in for service and Josh Tucker was my service technician. It was late on a Saturday and I was not expecting to have it completed until the following week. I was having transmissi was my service technician. It was late on a Saturday and I was not expecting to have it completed until the following week. I was having transmission issues and Josh recommended the service to trouble shoot it and to ensure it was nothing major. Unfortunately after the fluid was flushed the tranny kept having issues and it needed to be rebuilt. Josh worked with me to obtain the lowest estimate possible by taking time to work with his parts and service manager to reduce the costs as much as possible. Josh promised a deadline for the car to be completed and continually kept in touch with me to provide updates. After I paid the large invoice, Josh kept working with the warranty administrators and he was able to identify a large part of the work that could be covered under a warranty bulletin. His customer service was always evident and Josh went out of his way to make sure he had a satisfied customer. Thanks to Josh Tucker and thanks to San Tan Honda, my 04 Accord is again running like new. I will for sure keep San Tan Honda in mind when I decide to upgrade my 06 Odyssey.
