Jorge greeted us immediately as we parked in the express service. He was polite and professional. I explained what I wanted done. I brought my 2006 Ridgeline in due to finding an oil puddle in my garage. Since Santan Honda Serviced my vehicle for everything since I bought it, I thought maybe my last oil change had a plug that wasn puddle in my garage. Since Santan Honda Serviced my vehicle for everything since I bought it, I thought maybe my last oil change had a plug that wasn't tightened or the filter was loose. Steve Cyman met me at the door and remembered me from the last time he helped me. (10,000 faces ago). He took the car in the back and promptly came back about 20 minutes later to tell me that it wasn't the plug or filter, it was a problem somewhere between the engine and the transmission. Long story short, it was a bad rear main seal, and a bad torque converter seal. Steve, keep in contact with me everyday, I had the car there for 5 days. He keep me posted and went to bat for me!!!..my Ridgeline was 45 days out of warranty (5 year/60,000) but 18,000 under the 60,000 (42,500 miles)..Steve, contacted the factory and was able to get Honda care to pick up the cost for this repair, which would have cost me probably about $1,200.00+...I almost cried I was so happy!...he was magnificent throughout the whole process. He has really reaffirmed my sense of confidence with Santan Honda the dealership!!..as for my Ridgeline, I think I got a lemon!!!..I've had this car for a little over 5 years, bought it new from my Friends at Santan Honda. I've used Amsoil 5W-30 in this thing since new. Babied it!!I've had the AC worked on 3 times(I always turn on the AC after I start the truck, and off on the AC before I turn the truck off), the CV bushings leaked, the battery replaced twice, the rear main seal, and the torque converter seals have gone bad! all with only 42,500 miles..I can't wait to see what the next 42,500 miles has in store for me! If it makes it!..I'm sure I'll be in for a real treat!!(sarcasm) ...This truck scares me now!..But Santan Honda, I'll keep coming back as long as I have my ridgeline. I'll keep coming back probably until a throw a rod!!..who knows, with this truck, I'll probably see Steve next week....thanks More

My service engine light came on and I took my 2003 Honda Accord EX V6 to the express lane for servicing. When I picked up my repaired car, the same service light came on and it was quickly determined that I also needed the O2 sensor replaced. This was done while I waited. Both Sam and jeff handled the situation professionally and personally and I felt good about the experience. They also made sure that I was charged only once for the labor involved. My experience with San Tan Honda service has always been outstanding and I highly recommend this dealership to my friends. More

I was impress with the superior service received on 03/03/2011 at San Tan Honda. The service adviser, Mr. Culbertson was very thorough and assited me in programming the door lock and other things. He also stated that during the oil change a screw was found in the left rear tire and address my options to repair it. I was so impress of the high quality of service that I contacted my salesperson that sold me the Honda CR-V and now is in the process of purchasing a 2011 Honda Civic. Keep up the great work. The service was good and they have a very comfortable place to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The lady who was at the check-out area was also courteous - I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Mike waited while I paid my bill and walked me to my washed and waiting vehicle. I drive about 15 miles to SanTan Honda because I would rather have my vehicle serviced there than any of the much closer places I could have the work done. Ramona Summers More

The service was great and the service staff was very nice. I was able to save about $100 because Nick explained what was included in the 60,000 mi. maintenance, and we found out that I had recently had nice. This extra work, which goes beyond friendliness is what is really appreciated during the recession and for people like me who are trying to keep their cars in good shape for a longer time period, rather than being forced to buy a new one.
