Efficient check in. Took 4 hours to fulfill recall of fuel pump when letter from Honda said 1 1/2-2 hours. Traveled 30 miles and they had no loaner so husband had to follow me. Was told to have gas tan fuel pump when letter from Honda said 1 1/2-2 hours. Traveled 30 miles and they had no loaner so husband had to follow me. Was told to have gas tank less than one fourth full but did not give me any gas. A couple of gallons would have been appreciated to get me back home. Appreciated car being washed and cleaned inside. We were very happy with the service received. The adviser, Rebekah, and the technician, Tyler, were very hepful and worked really well together. I loved to see the teamwork to get the issue fixed cor adviser, Rebekah, and the technician, Tyler, were very hepful and worked really well together.
