The dealership was very clean and organised. My service writer (Nate) was very professional and friendly. My car ran extremely well afterwords. My service writer (Nate) was very professional and friendly. My car ran extremely well afterwords. More
Very professional and timely service. Tom completely handled our vehicle’s service needs. I’ll definitely return for future service. Tom completely handled our vehicle’s service needs. I’ll definitely return for future service. More
I had to take my car in for a recall notice. I was met by a representative as soon as I pulled into the service area. He was friendly, courteous and told me everything that was going to happen. I was met by a representative as soon as I pulled into the service area. He was friendly, courteous and told me everything that was going to happen. In just a few minutes my service advisor, Thomas, came out and took care of me from there. I waited in a very clean, quiet lounge area. My car was finished sooner than he predicted. All around it was very pleasant, painless experience. More
Sales guy Tim Lee was awesome. Communication from him and other staff was consistent but not over bearing. Prices were just ok, i probably couldve gotten a better deal but i wanted Communication from him and other staff was consistent but not over bearing. Prices were just ok, i probably couldve gotten a better deal but i wanted to buy from Tim Lee and only Tim. Although i did make the purchase i felt like the guys in the fishbowl panicked a bit when they found i wasnt financing much. I was turned off to the point where i wanted nothing to do with that dealer. Tim helped me find a solution. But once i got to the F&I office i nearly walked again. The FI people questioned my decisions on declining extra warranties i found zero value in. I was asked if i was going to service my vehicle at their location and when i said no, they wanted to know why. The answer is no, accept it and move on. I quickly got the feeling they cared more about why i wasnt spending money on packages than my experience as a customer. They tried to say the AC will go out, the battery WILL go bad in 3 years, the paint WILL fade, i WILL run over a nail and use it as a scare tactic to get me to buy some overpriced service package. If youre selling a quality product and stand behind your product those extras aren’t necessary. The FI director was unhelpful and made it worse and implied i was intending on writing a bad check. I was asked over and over to use a credit or debit card, over and over i had to tell them it was NOT an option. When i mentioned credit card wasnt an option for down payment to the 5th person he said I may have a problem. I felt borderline taken advantage of as a buyer. I had a much better experience at an Earnhardt dealer exactly a year prior. While there are good people in that dealership my overall experience left me feeling like i never want anyone else to drive away feeing as i did. Furthermore, hearing some conversations between other buyers and their salesmans i dont think my experience is an anomaly. Policies that have been in effect for 2 years due to covid were magically forgotten. If i could do it over again i would not buy from AutoNation. Im educated and did plenty of research and the dealer STILL tried to play games. I can only imagine what they do to other buyers that havent done their due diligence. Nice van, but i wouldve been willing pay more and have a great experience at a dealer 60 miles away. More
