No joke, this was a super fun experience from beginning to end. Meeting Mike was perfect and he made sure that whatever we decided we would love. I had my vehicle towed in to the service department on January 19th 2022 and for the part needed they told me it would be 6 days for the part to come in and so I called on the 7th day to see if said part January 19th 2022 and for the part needed they told me it would be 6 days for the part to come in and so I called on the 7th day to see if said part has come in and now not until the end of February, well February has come and gone and still no part, NO COMMUNICATION, I've called and texted my service advisor and I get no response back ,this is the worst experience I've had with a dealership ever and I need my vehicle, they couldn't even offer me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work.
