I was greeted and acknowledged within 5 minutes of arrival by someone. He identified who my advisor was and notified Ashton of my arrival. Ashton and his trainee registered me in. Dealership as a whole is very good. I recently used the service department. I had an appointment scheduled with a service advisor. Unfortunately, he was “in training” and not availa I recently used the service department. I had an appointment scheduled with a service advisor. Unfortunately, he was “in training” and not available. So, I sat there for quite sometime while the greeter guy ran around trying to find another advisor. It appeared that Derek Perez was the only advisor “working” that day. The wait was incredibly long, 4 hours for an oil change. I had also requested a tire rotation, but that was missed by the tech. Derek did make it right, he waived the charges. On another note. When I did return for my car and walked up to the desk just inside the entry. Three young men in that area ignored me until I spoke up. I said I was there to pick up my car. One of them said to me “cars are really heavy to pick up”. If it had not been a four hour wait, I may have found the humor. Derek Perez is the reason you get a 4. More
