Overall AutoNation Honda Chandler has provided me good service. I visited AutoNation Honda Chandler because of a recall involving the hood latch on my Honda Ridgeline. I was a little concerned though when it was suggested that I should get the recall done in Canada as the AutoNation service person found contacting Honda Canada by telephone for authorization was too much trouble for him. As I soon have to travel several thousand kilometers back to Canada, I wanted to have the hood latch inspected as directed by a recall notice I received in February for safety reasons. However, I did get the distinct impression that I was no longer welcome to bring my Canadian Honda back to AutoNation Honda Chandler for any recall issues. More

We are very pleased with our recent experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler. Didn't tack on all of the deal add-ons that some dealers do, and the sales tax was the lowest in the Valley. My car wouldn't start so I was pretty sure it was the battery, it was! I jumped it and drove it down with no appointment. They graciously helped me, and to push the envelope I asked if they could do an o battery, it was! I jumped it and drove it down with no appointment. To top it all off, I needed tires and was fortunately able to take advantage of the tire sale going on. I work 3 part-time jobs and only have snippets of time to get things done, the fact that they took me with no appointment was huge. More
