Everyone was very friendly and it was a mostly efficient process. There was about a 1 hour wait to talk to financing just to sign papers (even though I was pre approved and put 2.5k down), otherwise they we process. Two individuals assisted me on my recent service work. Both Derek Perez and Derek Risius were extremely helpful. Mr. Perez went out of his way to solve my problem and to suggest some additional service Both Derek Perez and Derek Risius were extremely helpful. Mr. Perez took the time to send my vehicle thru the car wash when I came to retrieve the car.
