TJ is a straight shooter, which I like in a salesman. He did a good job getting us the car we wanted. The finance department is a hot mess. Said they would call on multiple occasions and I rearranged my schedule for their call and they dropped the ball and it was frustrating working with them. We bought this car out of state and TJ made that process easy and did a great job. I would recommend this dealership to others, but beware of the finance dept. Ask for TJ and he will work through their incompetency. I am very happy overall with my experience with this dealership. We were promised the car would be detailed when we got it, but there was cracker crumbs and stains on the seats that we had to clean up when the car arrived. Not a big deal, but when you say that you are going to deliver a car cleaned and detailed and it isn't, that is not fun to have to deal with. I give TJ 5 stars, but overall I give the dealership 3 starts because of these flaws. More
