AutoNation Honda 385 - Service Center

I was greeted as soon as I entered the door, and was advised that the lady at the counter would be right with me. However, Cierra came in and said she would take care of me right away, and was courteou advised that the lady at the counter would be right with me. The gentleman filled my windshield fluid, and Cierra made sure my car was washed prior to me leaving. I love the services and professionalism from Honda (great job). Kudos to Cierra she is the best! got there 8:30 am with no appointment. At 10 am my car was ready with the services I asked for as well as others Ms Glover recommended. 5 star service for sure. The service department is not the best. They did not fill up the windshield wiper fluid on my previous oil change. So I specifically asked to have it filled on this oil change. They replied “we always fill up the windshield wiper fluid on my previous oil change. So I specifically asked to have it filled on this oil change. They replied “we always fill the fluid”. Well again I have no wiper fluid. You go in for your appointment and and everybody ignores you. You just stand there without being acknowledged. I will say this last oil change was done quickly. This is a great dealership. They always tend to my car needs and a re always so nice and helpful. I think they did a good job on giving me good service. I was told approximate time my car would be ready and they we very close to that time.
