I had a 'recall' appoint at 09:00 on 08/17/2021. I dropped the car off exactly at 09:00. The car didn't start to get worked on until after 11:00. The actual service at the dealership was excellent. The waiting room facilities were also very good. The delivery of the repaired vehicle at the time promised was excellent. Our new car salesman was great, this is the 2nd Pilot we bought from Tommy in the past 4 years. Cathy who scheduled the fuel pump recall was excellent and the young lady who finalized the paperwork upon com bought from Tommy in the past 4 years. But the service check-in and quality of work after the sale is very poor. We know Honda has the capabilities as Acura is awesome. But, after this recent debacle we're spending this weekend looking to trade and get away from the Auto-nation brand. Good service is a big deal and they have a small handful of employees who really care - and way to many who don't. More

I was greeted as soon as I entered the door, and was advised that the lady at the counter would be right with me. However, Cierra came in and said she would take care of me right away, and was courteou advised that the lady at the counter would be right with me. However, Cierra came in and said she would take care of me right away, and was courteous and professional. The gentleman filled my windshield fluid, and Cierra made sure my car was washed prior to me leaving. I love the services and professionalism from Honda (great job). Kudos to Cierra she is the best!
