2 calls to a service agent (Kayce) and she didn't call me back. Took CRV in as walk in (between 7 and 3 on a Wednesday) and Angie (another agent) took care of my service. They did not wash car which has been done before so don't know if it was sanitized... John Tierney retired so this was my first time to take my Honda in without knowing anyone. I am not providing a rating at this time but will hold until my next service is due! More
Good service experience . Was a little disappointed that they have frosted the window where you could sit and watch techs work. Just entertainment while you were waiting on vehicle to be repaired. Worst service I have ever had at a dealership this was the fourth trip to get the problem fixed. Twice I was told they would not work on the problem that day—just leave the problem—no reason given. I have always received great customer service at this dealership, but my recent visit for an old change/inspection was average at best. The service rep who assisted me was not very friendly, my car didn' dealership, but my recent visit for an old change/inspection was average at best. The service rep who assisted me was not very friendly, my car didn't have a service inspection sticker in the window after completion of service, and the tire pressure monitoring sensor was still on. This was very concerning after paying $70 for the service. I would like give the service dept. the opportunity to make this right. More
Had an scheduled appointment for Manufacturer recall Master Power window switch on August 26, 2021. Greeted and directed to Service Advisor Douglas Arnold. Took care of paperwork for free replacement Master Power window switch on August 26, 2021. Greeted and directed to Service Advisor Douglas Arnold. I was displeased that the technician lost the cap to the power steering reservoir. I was also surprised to see all the greasy marks on and around the driver side door.
