Very disappointing visit. I came in to get a leaking tire fixed, which had been consistently leaking for approximately 7 weeks. I was told that they couldn't find the leak and was sent home with the same lea fixed, which had been consistently leaking for approximately 7 weeks. I was told that they couldn't find the leak and was sent home with the same leaking tire. I had an appointment and still waited for over 3 1/2 hours at the dealership to be told that if the tire continued to leak to bring it back. If the tire has been leaking already for 7 weeks, it is going to continue to leak. I have a tire protection plan. If Honda cannot find the leak, then replace the tire instead of sending your customers back out on the road with a faulty tire. To top everything off, the girl who handed my keys back to me got irritated when I asked questions and basically brushed me off. It was my problem to solve somehow. Like I said - very disappointing. I dropped my 2019 Honda Odyssey off at AutoNation Honda 385 AGAIN for repairs to my failing Infotainment system. I have taken it for the same problems several times before, and although they said each time 385 AGAIN for repairs to my failing Infotainment system. I have taken it for the same problems several times before, and although they said each time that it was repaired, it still failed. I dropped by there on the third day, as I was in the vicinity, to check on the status, as I had had no communication from anyone at the dealership. The van was in the side parking lot. When I asked about the status, a general manager told me it was next into the shop. It stayed there 4 full days, and the service department said it was fixed. Within 3 miles of leaving the dealership the Infotainment system started doing its failing thing again! In fact, it is worse than ever - cannot adjust my a/c or use my navigation!! I called the general manager, explained my frustration and told him I would bring it back to them again! Thanks, Ronald Howell More

My experience with Honda was professional and everyone including my Service Advisor (Chris Higgins) displayed great customer service . My wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was minimal and the including my Service Advisor (Chris Higgins) displayed great customer service . My wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was minimal and the print out signified additional services that was past due which I thought was very informative. Thank you Chris! More
