We took our 2019 CR-V in on an appointment. They found the problem, but said the person that did that work was on vacation. We were told to bring in the next Saturday. Initially got a teat was ready when it wasn’t ready. I got a ride to the dealer, was told it wasn’t really ready and had to. One back a second time 2 hours later to get the truck.
