We love Auto Nation Honda!! Our car salesman Anton was very helpful with meeting our family’s needs. We even purchased 2 cars from him in the same year. We also had a very nice service consultant Lane and very helpful with meeting our family’s needs. We even purchased 2 cars from him in the same year. We appreciate the service manager calling us after the job was completed to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda. More
I came in for service on my 2014 Ridgeline. I have been using AutoNation Honda since I bought my car new and have been very pleased with the service. The dealership experience for me is about the people I meet in the store and it has for the most part been a very positive experience or has been resolved with management to both our satisfaction. They listen and respond. In my most recent visit I called my service advisor Josh Lee who scheduled my appointment and then notified me that he was selling cars now but I was to see Doug who treated me like I have always been his customer. This I feel is going the extra distance for the customer. I take my car to the dealership because I want someone who has the parts and the knowledge to ensure my car is safe and reliable. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a drivers side mirror adjustment because the mirror shakes during driving and started doing this at around 4,000 miles. The mirror adjustment was not on the order when I arrived and it seems no one could look at until I pressed the matter. The person to do this was not available and the service advisor said they have gotten complaints about this previously on 2021 Pilot models. I was told a recall was probably coming on this and the mirrors would be replaced but until this happens they could do nothing. I was told I could have it repaired if I paid for it. This makes no sense to me. This should be a warranty issue and it should be taken care of by Honda, especially since my vehicle is so new. By the way - the service is normally very good. This one has just rubbed me the wrong way. Thanks for letting me rant. More
