After servicing my car, I was told that the reason it was not rinsed/washe was because it was raining. This is a lie and I did appreciate that. I received really poor customer service and I had to get the senior manager involved. In order to get an update, I had to personally go to the dealer because no one would answer the phone when I was being t the senior manager involved. In order to get an update, I had to personally go to the dealer because no one would answer the phone when I was being transferred. When I dropped by the last time, I asked if my car was ready, because it was parked on the outside. It was, and no one had called me. So, I was ready to check out, and the associate told me that I had to wait until the associate that was assigned to my car come back to work (she was out with Covid). Then, I got Jay involved. So, I could get my car released to me. Also, I had to bring my car back and get work completed that should have been done by the dealership while they had it. I spoke to one of the senior managers and he was awesome. My overall experience was horrible. More
