I took my Honda Pilot to Angie Garcia to have service preformed; I couldn't have been more satisfied by the work Angie had done for me. I recommend AutoNation Honda 385 and especially Angie for getting preformed; I couldn't have been more satisfied by the work Angie had done for me. I recommend AutoNation Honda 385 and especially Angie for getting the car back to me in a timely manner. More
The service was fine, cost was relatively as expected, but the service writer, Angie, was horrible. She was visibly irritated to have another customer at her desk when I walked the service bay. Next she w but the service writer, Angie, was horrible. She was visibly irritated to have another customer at her desk when I walked the service bay. Next she was frustrated I didn't know what was wrong with my car (sorry I'm not a mechanic, that's why I brought it to the dealership). She then sternly told me that my vehicle would not even be touched that day (even though I scheduled an 11am appointment several days in advance). When I returned to pick up my vehicle I walked straight to her desk and waited patiently. She was typing and made no sort of gesture towards me, completely ignored me in fact, which is impressive seeing that I was 2 feet away from her. 90 seconds go by and then I ask, "do I pick up my car with you?" She grumbles, "If I wrote you up then yeah". A simple, "welcome in, I'll be right with you" would have been perfect. Luckily Doug handled my transaction from there, or this would have been a 1 star review. Doug is awesome! Long story short, Angie needs to go to customer service school, or have a job at the dealership where she does not interact with customers. More
The advisors were extremely rude this time. I went in for low tire pressure. There was a gentleman outside that told me that I had a nail and it would need to be replaced. I told him I have tire and wheel pr low tire pressure. There was a gentleman outside that told me that I had a nail and it would need to be replaced. I told him I have tire and wheel protection and that I would go ahead and get it taken care of that day. He walked me in to an advisor and told her I had the protection and asked how long the wait would be. She told me it would be about three hours. I came back to get my car and she tried to charge me. I asked her if my tire and wheel protection would cover it. She replied “ you didn’t tell me that!!” I was taken back by her tone. I told her that I didn’t know that I had to since I bought the vehicle there and each time I’ve taken it in they’ve looked at my coverage. She rudely gave me my keys back and said “your car should be outside but I’m not sure if they’ve pulled it up. Should be to the left somewhere” Also, there’s been an issue each time with them finding my vehicle because they’re using my old Autonation profile under my maiden name. Each time I’ve asked to get it updated to no avail. Finally I got that updated this last visit. I don’t know what happened to the customer service here. I hope I don’t have to got back for a while or at least get a nicer advisor. More
After realizing I was unable to locate my wheel lock key, I reached out to the dealership and was lucky enough to speak with Lane. It was almost quitting time on Wednesday so he suggested I get there when th I reached out to the dealership and was lucky enough to speak with Lane. It was almost quitting time on Wednesday so he suggested I get there when they open on Thursday. When I arrived, he was very nice, respectful and patient. He made me aware of what would possibly take place and told me I could have a seat. More
