AutoNation Honda 385 had excellent service and communication. I busted my tire late Thursday night and took my car up there Friday morning. Now they only accepting appointments but they took me in communication. I busted my tire late Thursday night and took my car up there Friday morning. I had an appointment at 11:30 and I told the service person that I would wait.At 1300, my car was still sitting in he lot, not in the maintenance bays. The appointment was for the dealer to look at one specific area, the right rear wheel that had been hit in an accident. At 1;00 when I questioned about when my car would be taken back, I was told that there were 3 cars ahead of me. I thought that is what appointments were for, AND i was no getting a repair. I just wanted to know if it was safe to drive because the other individuals insurance was paying for the damage. I have used Auto Nation 385 since it opened. About 6 months ago I left and went to Wolfchase Honda because Auto Nation 385 had become significantly more expensive. I was paying for this evaluation. In this case, I had to go back because I was unsure about the damage and it was less than 2 miles away from our home. I guess that was a mistake. More

I love this dealership. Every Honda, I’ve had came from the this dealership which use to be located on Mendenhall.
