I have had a bad experience in the past, made an appointment, left my Car and ended up waiting for my Car because of a POLICY of if you are waiting you get pushed to the end of the line. I appreciate that Doug looks out and tracks my maintenance needs of my Ridgeline. I have had very little issues with this vehicle, but it was time for breaks, front and rear and a tune up after maintenance needs of my Ridgeline.
