I went home for lunch and my Pilot wouldn’t start. I called the service department to speak to the service manager Chase Cass. He knew right away what the problem is and told me to bring it in. I jumped it and dropped it off at the shop and I needed a new battery. They took me back to work and had it done by the end of my work day. It had been washed & vacuumed. The service advisor Doug Arnold was fast & efficient and even drive my car up to the service drive so I didn’t have to find it on the lot. Superb service from AN 385! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. For past so many years, I’ve been getting best car service through Autonation Honda. In this visit, Jason helped me with heater core getting replaced, and his expertise definitely helped me to underst service through Autonation Honda. The employees at this service center are always professional, and they have a well maintained waiting area as well. Final word, without much thought I can definitely give give five out of five stars. Been coming to AutoNation Honda 365 since I purchased my car in 2014. The customer service during my last service was not up to their usual standards. Firstly, I dropped off my vehicle and requested the s car in 2014. The customer service during my last service was not up to their usual standards. Firstly, I dropped off my vehicle and requested the shuttle service. Was told I would need to wait 15 minutes. No problem. After 45 minutes, I walked over to a service advisor and asked about the shuttle status. Was told the driver has an emergency. Did any of the advisors care to inform myself and the other person waiting for the shuttle. NO!!. Not what I expected from AutoNation. Secondly, after my oil change, the dashboard indicator displays 100% Oil Life. After this service, the indicator displayed 80%. Did that mean the oil wasn't changed or the technician failed to reset the indicator? I hope it wasn't the former. Contacted the service advisor and was asked to return the next day to verify what had occurred. Yes, the oil was changed and filled. The technician failed to reset the indicator. As a result of the technician's failure to follow procedure, I had to take time off from work and return to AutoNation Honda. Again, not the service I was hoping for. More
