Mr. Martin deserves 100 on service that was above and beyond. He was well-mannered, knowledgeable and had the unpleasant task of informing me that my car was not ready but would be the next day. I have been a customer with AN Honda 385, previously Honda on Mendenhall, for 22 years. I always come to this service center for any need my Honda Civic has. However, the service quality has gone down o Honda on Mendenhall, for 22 years. I always come to this service center for any need my Honda Civic has. However, the service quality has gone down over time, wait time got longer, and the hard part is that no advisor knows you as a regular customer and your car has a history with the center, Since my service advisor John of 15 years left three years ago, I cannot find an advisor who will ask me "What do you come in for?" even though I made an appointment on their website for changing oil. Instead, in my recent visit, the advisor stranger told me that I am overdue for 6 repair and maintenance jobs that will cost half of the value of my old car. After I said that I came in only for oil change, the advisor look unhappy. Before I could ask him any question, he turned to another customer. I am disappointed after 22 years with this center. As the prices are going up due to the bad economy, should the service quality go down? More
The dealership was very fast and prompt. Honda was able to get me an appt in a few days and was able to repair the car the next day. I my experience other dealers have a month wait list and Honda was able to get me an appt in a few days and was able to repair the car the next day. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I will be going back to Honda for future services because of Kayce and the rest of the team. More
Person helping me was new and training but was courteous. Oil change to expensive. They did not tell me they used synthetic oil which is more expensive. I just wanted the basic oil change.
