Took my 2016 Honda Pilot in for recall work and diagnosis of a stuttering / "juddering" transmission. I was assigned Service employee, Dustin, who was simply amazing and very professional. They set up an appointment for our recalls, took the car in at 8am and were done by noon. They were exceptionally friendly and accurate and couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I took my 2019 honda crv in twice for the fuel pump recall. Once in Jan. for the recall and taking it back in April when car was not starting sometimes as it should have and stalling when restarting e recall. Once in Jan. for the recall and taking it back in April when car was not starting sometimes as it should have and stalling when restarting especially during hot weather. Each time my waiting time exceeded 6 hours. The car still has the same problem, but I've given up. Don't want to spend another day at the dealership. Will probably trade the car in this year instead.
