Even though this is a AutoNation dealership I feel there is a difference at 385 over the Covington Pike dealership. 385 is an hour away from by home and Covington Pike is 30 minutes. I choose to drive the extra distance for the service personnel there. I feel that they give me honest fair pricing for my repairs and service. It is not cheap, and my car is old (10 yrs) but they know how to service my car and alert me to cost of repairs to come. I followed my old service advisor (Josh) to 385 and when he left service for sales, he introduced me to Doug Arnold. These two men are the main reason I return, I feel that they are trustworthy. They both have listen to me, offer options and put no pressure to make a sale. Doug has gone above and beyond in his duties even taking my calls on his days off and assisting me with what I need. He is the reason, as well as several others at 385 I return. I appreciate the technicians who have serviced my car taking pictures of the worn parts needing replacement so I can assess the needs of my car. I have had very good service and have not had to come back with a concern/complaint with the work completed on my car at 385. More
Rarely on time. Takes an hr or more for a simple oil change. The employees in the service department always seem upset that they have to be there. Give me the opportunity to decide if I want the additional service right then/there and not after you have done the routine maintenance I came in for. More
