I was not satisfied with service. customer service not good. I had a hard time getting thru to the service department to find out status of my car. I got their at 10am and did not find out status until 4 good. I had a hard time getting thru to the service department to find out status of my car. I got their at 10am and did not find out status until 4:30 pm the next day. I also think they overcharge me for the service. I paid it because I needed to pickup my car. I am not sure if I will buy from this dealership again, if I am going to get this type of service. I think my service rep may have been name Angie but I am not sure. I just wanted to get out of there. Also I had a question about my service when I pick up my vechicle . the other service rep. said he could not help me . I had to speak with Angie. I just said forget it. Very dissappointed with service and price. More

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a drivers side mirror adjustment because the mirror shakes during driving and started doing this at around 4,000 miles. The mirror adjustment was not on the o side mirror adjustment because the mirror shakes during driving and started doing this at around 4,000 miles. The mirror adjustment was not on the order when I arrived and it seems no one could look at until I pressed the matter. The person to do this was not available and the service advisor said they have gotten complaints about this previously on 2021 Pilot models. I was told a recall was probably coming on this and the mirrors would be replaced but until this happens they could do nothing. I was told I could have it repaired if I paid for it. This makes no sense to me. This should be a warranty issue and it should be taken care of by Honda, especially since my vehicle is so new. By the way - the service is normally very good. This one has just rubbed me the wrong way. Thanks for letting me rant. More
