I have been using this service dept since I bought my vehicle in 2012. I have always been treated kindly by all the staff. I've had an issue with something electrical pretty much from the time I got the car. I finally took it in, or rather, had it towed in, a couple of weeks ago. They kept the car for 3 days, but we all feel they found the issue. Chase and Kacie kept me informed all the way thru. BTW, I almost always have money in my console. When I had a Chevrolet and went in for service, I generally had only part or even none of it when I got the car back. I have NEVER had a problem with this service dept. More

Although the current appointment times were not available, I was taken as a walk in and the wait was tolerable. My car was brought in November 4th for an oil change, a new key fob, and breaks. Was told that we would have to make an appointment to get these services done due to them being backed up. An appointment wa new key fob, and breaks. Was told that we would have to make an appointment to get these services done due to them being backed up. An appointment was made for November 9th at 8am. We were told we could get the key fob done at this date. The car is brought is November 9th and we had oil change and breaks, but was told that they didn't have the key fob and they would have to order it and have it done at another date. November 11th we get a call that the key fob is in. We make an appointment for November 20th at 8am. Well November 20th at 8am my husband takes my car in and apparently they don't have the key fob. They can't find the order, they can't find the key in the back. And the employee who made the appointment and who we have been dealing with, Lane Bryson, isn't in office and when he was called he doesn't remember anything about a key fob. Lane Bryson is also the person who called and said the key fob was ready. My husband waited for 45 minutes for them to find the key we were told was ordered for us and was in. Eventually they claimed they found a key that was ordered by another customer but they would give it to us, and it would take 1.5 hours for them to program they key. My husband waited over an hour and a half and asked about the car and was told another 35-40 minutes. At this point it is after 10am, and my husband has been there since 8am and they are saying another 35-40 minutes? This is unacceptable. We were later told that the key was never ordered and that we would have to pay for the key before it's ordered. When my husband was told by Lane Bryson that we PAY for the key after we come in and get it. After he was trying to pay for the key fob on November 9th which our original appointment to get the key fob done. Why were we called by Lane Bryson that the key was in the shop when apparently it was never ordered? Why did they call us and tell us it was ready, have us make an appointment to come in to get the key, only to tell us the key wasn't actually ordered in the first place? This is a total waste of time. I understand everyone is short staffed but to come in for an appointment we made specifically for a key fob, only to wait around 2 hours and be told the key fob was never actually ordered?? And this is our 3rd attempt at getting this key fob? After years of being a customer and bringing 2 cars I've owned to this Honda exclusively I won't be back. The total disregard for the customers TIME is ridiculous. More
I had an excellent experience with my service. Lane Bryson was kind and professional. He had my records in order and had me in and out of there in less than an hour. They were great to work with during the car shortage. Ladarius found a car I wanted and needed even though it wasn't on the lot at the time. He took the time and effort to deliver the car for me that day. In this day in age it's a big win, and takes effort by everyone, to have a car the day you go to the dealership for the first time. They also didn't charge a "market adjustment fee," in contrast to certain Memphis area Honda dealerships that shall be unnamed for the purpose of this review. The finance department also gave me an unbeatable interest rate. I did have to pay for some add-ons that I wasn't crazy about and definitely didn't want, but I'm not too disappointed about that. I had to leave a star off for the pricing for that reason. More
