During the process of purchasing the car, the sales manager even took the time to come meet me and make sure everything was going well for me. There was no pressure to make instant decisions, and my salesman even made sure the car was detailed and serviced before I picked it up. I had tried buying a car from a well-known online car sales company, but it was disastrous and impersonal. I ended up having to take that car back within the 30-day trial period; so I was extremely happy with the excellent, personal service at AutoNation! And the car has turned out to be absolutely wonderful! Exactly what I was looking for! More

I typically don't use dealers for the service on my vehicles past the warenty expiration but have stuck with Auto Nation Honda because they haven't given me a reason not to. I find the Service Advisors vehicles past the warenty expiration but have stuck with Auto Nation Honda because they haven't given me a reason not to. I find the Service Advisors to be very straight forward and give an honest assessment/advise. Don't seem to recommend work that isn't absolutely necessary. No auto repairs or maintenance is cheap but Auto Nation's pricing seem reasonable, especially for a dealer. I'll continue to bring my Ridgeline to Auto Nation for service. More

At first Honda required that you bring the truck to the dealership AFTER the camera failed, before the dealer could order a new wire harness and schedule the second visit for the repair. Thankfully Honda is treating the design flaw as a proper recall and repairing all 2017-2019 Ridgelines without having to wait for complete camera failure and make two trips to the dealer. My backup camera has been failing intermittently and the wire harness is visibly cracked so as soon as I found out about the new repair policy I called AutoNation385 and scheduled an 8am appointment. The service advisor offered to rent me a car since I live an hour away. I declined the rental and waited on the repair. The service advisor said they would do their best to get the truck repaired ASAP. I was very pleased that they were able to complete the repair in 3.5hrs, saving me the cost of a rental car and having to make the 60-mile journey to the dealership multiple times. More
