I have had a bad experience in the past, made an appointment, left my Car and ended up waiting for my Car because of a POLICY of if you are waiting you get pushed to the end of the line. Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten! Kayce Glover rocks!!! She was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. People like her could teach others about genuine customer service.
