Atrienne Scott was incredible throughout the entire process. I came in late May looking to explore my options for ending my lease of a 2019 Civic. She shared with me that a 2023 Honda HRV would be ar process. I came in late May looking to explore my options for ending my lease of a 2019 Civic. She shared with me that a 2023 Honda HRV would be arriving later in June and thought it would be the perfect car for me since I was looking for more space than the Civic but less than a CRV. I waited patiently, but this car was in transit for over a month, but Atrienne would text me regularly to reassure me that the vehicle was still en route. When it finally came in, Atrienne and I took it on a test drive, and it was every bit the car she promised and that I had envisioned. We even jammed to some old-school hip-hop as we tested the sound system. After test driving this new HRV, I realized I wanted to purchase it, so Brandon made sure to match the interest rate that USAA was prepared to give me. In this crazy car market today, these sales and finance people could show frustration, impatience, or even rudeness, but they showed just the opposite. They spent time with me, gave me all the information I asked for, communicated effectively, and I sold me what I think is going to be the best Honda I've ever driven (I'm on my 7th Honda since 1992). Antoine was a great Salesman to work with. Jody was a very nice finance guy that worked. We did not appreciate the $1000 upcharge that we were hit with right at closing, but that was not Ant Jody was a very nice finance guy that worked.
