Doug Arnold my service advisor is very responsive to my needs. He arranged a time for me to come in during the day during my convenience to have a trim part installed. I have had issue with the Service department since I got my car. They do not want to help you. Everyone seem to be to busy to help. You must speak with your advisor only. This location is very inconsiderate, prejudice, unfair, unorganized and and insensitive to customer input . The managers do not want customers to ask questions concerning issues about the quality of their unorganized and and insensitive to customer input . The managers do not want customers to ask questions concerning issues about the quality of their work. Instead I was told that all I do is complain about work that wasn't done right and in a timely fashion. This should have never been said to me or anyone. What good is feedback if you are going to use it negatively against a customer. This was said to me by one of the service Managers (Lane Bryson). Additionally, I was charged for 8.3 hours of work, that only took two hours and thirty minutes. It is a sad day for customers at this place. I called back to speak to the service director, (Chase) but no response. More
