It had been 4 months and I understand the availability for cars is low at this time. So, when my car finally arrived, I was elated! The salesgirl who assisted me was very informative, helpful and pleasan for cars is low at this time. So, when my car finally arrived, I was elated! The salesgirl who assisted me was very informative, helpful and pleasant. I was then escorted to an office where I was informed of several insurance packages. Being on a tight budget, I opted out of signing up for the insurance. That's when I felt like the customer service came to a halt. The gentleman who was helping me didn't say anything except sign here. I was uncomfortable and the excitement for my new car vanished. I understand that there is commission involved in the insurance packages and I wasn't trying to keep anyone from their commission, I just didn't have the money to spend. More
