Wanted to add some update to this review. I got a call from Phillip, the GM for AutoNation Honda 385 on Saturday 12/10 with apologies and that certainly deserves a lot of credit. Knowing that there is someone there to take things like this seriously and address your concern is very comforting. I also get a follow-up call a few minutes ago to update me on the date the item will be available. I really appreciate all the effort to address this and thank you for what you have done.
