My vehicle was at both the dealership and the collision center for some repair work I needed to have done. Everyone involved helped me get back on the road. 2nd visit- Car was still rattling/vibrating under the hood. They told me that once the torque rod and engine side mount was replaced, it would solve the issue. After replacing everything, I’ve spent over $1400 in repairs and my car is still rattling/vibrating under the hood. I can’t afford to take it back and let them keep it for a week like the last two times, I have a job. I’m done. More

Personnel who were on site were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue they were facing on my date of service was attendance.
