The actual service at the dealership was excellent. The waiting room facilities were also very good. The delivery of the repaired vehicle at the time promised was excellent. Our new car salesman was great, this is the 2nd Pilot we bought from Tommy in the past 4 years. Cathy who scheduled the fuel pump recall was excellent and the young lady who finalized the paperwork upon com bought from Tommy in the past 4 years. But the service check-in and quality of work after the sale is very poor. We know Honda has the capabilities as Acura is awesome. But, after this recent debacle we're spending this weekend looking to trade and get away from the Auto-nation brand. Good service is a big deal and they have a small handful of employees who really care - and way to many who don't. More
