I have always received great customer service at this dealership, but my recent visit for an old change/inspection was average at best. The service rep who assisted me was not very friendly, my car didn' dealership, but my recent visit for an old change/inspection was average at best. The service rep who assisted me was not very friendly, my car didn't have a service inspection sticker in the window after completion of service, and the tire pressure monitoring sensor was still on. This was very concerning after paying $70 for the service. I would like give the service dept. the opportunity to make this right. More
