2 calls to a service agent (Kayce) and she didn't call me back. Took CRV in as walk in (between 7 and 3 on a Wednesday) and Angie (another agent) took care of my service. They did not wash car which has been done before so don't know if it was sanitized... John Tierney retired so this was my first time to take my Honda in without knowing anyone. Worst service I have ever had at a dealership this was the fourth trip to get the problem fixed. Twice I was told they would not work on the problem that day—just leave the problem—no reason given.
