On August 19th, I contacted this dealership to inquire about the availability of a vehicle on their website. Spoke with "Tim" and he stated that it was available and he would get me a quote as soon as a m about the availability of a vehicle on their website. Spoke with "Tim" and he stated that it was available and he would get me a quote as soon as a manager was available. After several hours I hadn't heard anything from Tim. I called back and spoke with Tim again. He stated that it was very busy in the showroom and "they need to focus on the customers that made the effort to come into the showroom". After his rude & dismissive comment, I should have just moved on. Instead, I tried using the dealership's on-line chat app and chatted with Brittany R about the vehicle I was interested in. After a lengthy chat, she stated that someone from their eCommerce department would be in contact with me. I never received anything from Tim and never heard from the eCommerce department. I was able to locate the 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring that I was wanting at a dealership in Tulsa, OK and purchased it last week. More
