This dealership is dishonest and takes advantage of customers who don’t speak English well. They sold my friend a car advertised at ~$49,000 but charged him ~$54,000. On top of that, they added about ~$10,000 in maintenance and warranty packages. We asked for the maintenance and warranty packages to be cancelled. The dealership promised to do so but never followed through. John Williams was extremely rude. He ignored me completely, refused to answer any of my questions, and did not even look me in the eye. Instead, he only spoke to my friend, even though my friend struggled to understand English. Both Honda Finance and the maintenance and warranty provider confirmed they never received any cancellation request. The dealership has ignored all calls and voicemails since then. I gave them one last chance and called the dealership again. They said they would make sure John Williams calls me back. It is now the end of the business day and I have not received any call. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. More
