I wanted to also get a oil change since the car was in for a recall but was told it couldn't be done since the oil was 50 but Kelly Gardino said she would have since that is what I wanted. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. At first I wasn’t impressed because I’ve never been here before and didn’t know what to do. The signage wasn’t great but once I got my bearings and remembered that eve impressed because I’ve never been here before and didn’t know what to do. The minute someone had time to help me he was right there. Answered all of my questions and was very patient even though I knew he was extremely busy. My car is 2020 so it didn’t have much going on but the customer service was wonderful! More
Friendly, competent service but it was difficult to get an appointment. Had to wait WAY too long. Unfortunately will not return to buy another car.
