Poor customer service overall. Was told initially diagnosis might take up to 2 hours. Waited 3 hours before I had to reach out to someone for an update on just the diagnosis of my vehicle. The person who takes to me initially (Klarisse?) was nowhere to be found and other employees tried to assist. Repair cost estimate was way higher than I expected so decided to leave. Took them another 25 minutes just to bring me the vehicle. I started driving and realized the hood was not shut which could have been very dangerous. Also, the plastic cover that goes under the dashboard was on the floor and the blower motor was missing! Nothing was put back together before bringing me the car and at least one part was taken from the vehicle by Honda. Paid $116 for the diagnostic alone which didn’t use to be required when repair was subsequently done at the dealership (used to count towards repair but is now new way for Honda to generate revenue). For the last 19 years, I had always been pleased to have my vehicle serviced at Honda but after this experience will likely never go back to Honda 104th or even buy a new Honda. More

Only two service representatives, and the one that helped me was brand new and unfamiliar with the computer system. No one was there to help the young man out and he seemed to have no training on how use it. me was brand new and unfamiliar with the computer system. No one was there to help the young man out and he seemed to have no training on how use it. I was told that my oil change and multipoint inspection would be about an hour and a half. After THREE hours, I had to go to the service rep and ask if my vehicle was complete. I was still there for another half hour while the rep figured out how to do the invoice. When I returned home, I realized that the rep had not attached the results of my multipoint inspection to my paperwork. I called the dealership a minimum of 15 times in an attempt to let them know that I would come the next day and pick up my missing paperwork. I never spoke with one service representative and was even told by one person who answered the phone that there was no one with name of the representative whose name was on my invoice. The times that I was speaking to the representative there were no other vehicles or customers in the receiving bays at all except for one lady who came out after me asking why her service was taking so long. 2 stars given only because the service rep that I dealt with was polite, but he kept apologizing about his lack of training on the computer system. None of my messages left after calling were ever returned. More
I have been visiting 104 AutoNation Honda for more then 10 years. The employees have been respectful of my time and my auto needs. We have a 2019 Honda CRV which we purchased in Feb. 2020 at Schomp Honda. On Sunday 9-12 the battery failed and keep having to jump the battery in order to use the car which we needed. Early Tuesday morning at Schomp Honda. On Sunday 9-12 the battery failed and keep having to jump the battery in order to use the car which we needed. Early Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday) I called Schomp Honda to get it replaced under warranty it is only a 18 months old. They told the earliest would be Thursday or Friday. All we needed was a new battery to get us back on the road. I new the battery was bad, had it checked at a Auto parts store. I also called Planet Honda and the Answer was the same, Maybe Thursday or Friday. As a last resort I called AutoNation and explained my problem and asked if they would just exchange the battery under warranty and I would put it in it would be an easy install. She put me on a short hold, went and talked to the Service Dept. she came back ask if I could bring it in this morning they would get it in. WOW. I was there within 30 minutes and back in service within an hour. I really appreciate the time and consideration given by everyone at this dealership. Thank You, More
I've been taking my CRV here ever since buying it new in 2008. Their customer service is top notch every time and I appreciate that they don't push endless miscellaneous repairs, even though my vehicle is g 2008. I speak from experience with a previous Honda that I took regularly to a repair shop in Denver specializing in Hondas. I never left there without spending $1,000! And that was at 1990s pricing! Crystal, Philip, Kelly and all the gang here are wonderful and they have made me a loyal Honda person for life! More
Two weeks old and the gas fueler cover would not open. It took two weeks to get an appointment. They could not take a quick look at it. We are still waiting on the part 3 weeks later. More
These folks were very busy! They still took great care of us! Auto Nation 104 is willing to, and did go the extra mile to assure that we were satisfied and pleased with our experience there. I always take my car to AutoNation Honda 104 for service for several reasons. I bought my CRV from them, and they were great to work with during the purchase process. Their service department is wonderful t for several reasons. I bought my CRV from them, and they were great to work with during the purchase process. Their service department is wonderful to work with. They got my car in a little before my scheduled appointment time, did everything they were supposed to do, and apologized for taking so long. It did not take as long as I had planned for, as I waited for it. I will continue taking my car to AutoNation Honda for all my service needs. More
