I recently had an oil change and it leaking called Honda and sent an email and no response. They also lost my spare key but offered a discount to replace it. Service was very poor my last 3 visits. The hood on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline, purchased at Auto Nation 104th, has been broken, bounces in the wind and when passed by other vehicles on the highway. The service department has made two attempts to fix it, then claimed it was fixed but I got the truck back in worse condition. The hood isn’t even close to fixed. That service department should be embarrassed by their lack of skills and customer service. My last visit on October 30 was my worst experience so far. I got an oil change, additional services that were due on the truck and a tire rotation…they didn’t even put air in my tires. Each tire was a different PSI all below 36. My big question is, what is Honda going to do about my defective hood? I’m not the only a Ridgeline owner that has had this problem, and it IS a problem. So, to sum it up, a one star rating is much deserved at this time. More
